All our programmes include beginner-friendly modifications. We recommend starting with our Morning Flow Yoga or Recovery & Restoration programmes, which have clear instructions and gentle progressions. You can work at your own pace and advance when you feel ready. Many of our most experienced practitioners started as complete beginners.
This depends on your goals and schedule. For building flexibility and mobility, we recommend 3-5 sessions per week. For maintenance, 2-3 sessions per week is sufficient. Some of our members practise daily, whilst others prefer fewer sessions with longer durations. The best frequency is one you can sustain consistently.
